Caroline and Graham would like to welcome you to the Fox & Hounds in Church Crookham, near Fleet in Hampshire, situated in an ideal location on the Basingstoke Canal. We are a family run business who prides ourselves in creating a warm and friendly atmosphere for both locals and newcomers.

The Fox and Hounds is a perfect place to meet with friends and family. In the summer months escape to our picturesque beer garden adjacent to the Basingstoke canal. In the colder winter months, our customers love to sit and relax by the roaring open log fires in our bar area.

We pride ourselves on serving the best of local produce where ever possible. There is a separate dining area, outside tables, or if you prefer you can eat in the bar area. Please see our Menus for what’s on offer.

There is always a friendly atmosphere and families are always welcome. There is a children’s menu which is ideal for those under 8 years old, if nothing from our main menu whets their appetite. We have a play area in the garden for the children under 11, baby changing facilities are also available.

We are a dog friendly pub and dogs are permitted in the bar area and garden. We often have dog treats behind the bar and also locals bring treats for the numerous dogs that frequent the pub throughout the year, so don’t be surprised if your dog gets spoilt too.

We were awarded winners of Best Public House by Welcome to Fleet and were also given a Certificate of Excellence in 2014 by TripAdvisor and have been award the same Certificate every year since.

Fortnightly on Tuesdays is our popular Pub Quiz, with the ever growing rollover JACKPOT. Come and join us to test & strain your wits, knowledge, skills and IQ and an opportunity to win some money too.

Due to our ongoing success we require more staff, both Part-Time and Full-Time. On TripAdvisor we are consistently ranked as one of the Top places to eat in Fleet, the work is demanding but we offer excellent rates of pay and paid holiday. We are looking preferably for people with relevant experience but are willing to train people who we think has potential.
